Queenstown/Wakatipu

In the Queenstown/Wakatipu area you can venture out on a multi-day tramp in the Glenorchy area, visit Wakatipu Basin, or camp at Skippers Mount Aurum campsite.

Wanaka/Makarora

Places in the Wanaka/Makarora area include the Makarora region of Mount Aspiring National Park, with its spectacular mountain scenery, and the scenic Haast Pass.

Central Otago

Walk or ride your bicycle on the Otago Central Rail Trail, visit the Flat Top Hill and Kopuwai Conservation Areas, visit historic St Bathans and Bendigo or walk Bendigo's 10-km Kānuka Track.
